Block Island bees create a pure and natural honey with a distinct Block Island flavor. From August through October the bees work the goldenrod and asters to produce the fall honey which we cream to a smooth consistency. Block Island Honey is not heated or whipped, and it is minimally filtered to retain the flavor and nutrients.
